Carina was an excellent host. She promptly responded to all queries. The apartment was spacious, neat and modern - it aligns with the online pictures. It was located within walking distance to a few spots including the AO arena if you're attending a show/concert. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful on our days in. I had to work remotely for a few hours one morning and the office set-up was quite the win. Adjustable desk - Yes, please. 😅
The apartment was fully equipped. We used uber delivery for any additions. Overall, we had a great week!

Lovely 2 bedroom house. Great finish and really homely feel. The hosts were really responsive and friendly. Perfect location for events at the AO arena and not far to walk into Manchester centre.

We had an amazing stay with my friends at this place. It’s very quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the heart of Manchester, which made getting around really easy. The back side of the property is especially beautiful, with a lovely canal and green area that adds to the charm. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is excellent with only a short walk into the main commercial and tourist areas of the city. The accommodation was really comfortable with spacious lounge, dining and kitchen spaces. And the bedrooms were beautifully appointed. We will definitely return if ever in Manchester again!

The apartment was clean, tidy and had evrything that we could have possibly needed. Stayed for two weeks and it really felt like home! Great location and very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My husband & little (15 months) and my sister, her husband and little (18 months) booked a trip to Manchester for a vacation! This townhouse was perfect (not very baby friendly as we do not have stairs at home and they were obsessed haha) but it was in a perfect location for a walk into town, only an hour drive to Liverpool or the Chester Zoo! It was quiet, very cozy and had everything we needed, including a pack n play. We had trouble finding the silverware until a few days into our trip (under the stove in a hidden drawer) but again, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
Our host was great at communication and helped our stay be the best it could be! They even have a book with loads of information like local recommendations or good delivery spots. Easy to get to and we appreciated the free parking!

Carina and Karen were fantastic hosts. They were communicative before and during our stay. The home itself was well equipped and perfect for our family of six. Location was a 10-15 minute walk to all the main touristy parts of the city and an even shorter walk to two grocery stores.
I'd only note that the stairs are a bit noisier than were used to so just a heads up if you have light sleepers you may want to be strategic with who gets what room
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh and would happily stay there again.

An excellent stay at a lovely apartment with great views. Very clean and well appointed. A good location with a Co-op supermarket next door; a 2 min walk to a bakery; a 5 min walk to a great Australian-style cafe (Pot Kettle Black Angel Gardens); and a 10 min walk to the Arndale Centre and Deansgate. Also an 8 min walk to Victoria Station. The hosts were pro-active, helpful and responsive. I would have no hesitation in re-booking.

The apartment is exactly as described and is perfect for a short stay in Manchester. The free parking is very convenient and allowed us to travel around without constantly worrying about where we would park on our return. It's also obviously very convenient when checking in and unpacking luggage! The location is ideal - a little outside of the centre but close enough that we walked everywhere. It's also very close to public transport. We were there for a week and only got an Uber once due to the rain! Local restaurants are very good, and the Co-op supermarket is a very short walk around the corner. Communication with the host was fantastic. We'll definitely be back if we're staying in Manchester again.
