This 3 storey townhouse is a 15 minute walk to the Royal mile and an 8 minute walk to Arthur’s Seat. The sunny, spacious house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with many shops, café’s and bars within walking distance. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining room which has bi-fold doors which access the garden. There is a downstairs toilet which leads to a utility room featuring a modern washer/dryer. A well equipped kitchen with an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and microwave oven as well as further bi-fold doors allowing plenty of light in to the house. The kitchen is to a high standard providing you with all you need if your planning to cook. Towels, covers, sheets and all essentials will be provided for your arrival. The first floor has a spacious king size master bedroom, large ensuite along with a walk in wardrobe leading out to a terrace. The second floor has a further king size room, a double bedroom as well as a Jack & Jill style bath and shower room. The top floor landing also features a large desk suitable for those requiring a dedicated workspace. The location of this lovely house gives you the advantage of reaching the Royal Mile within 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bus, and Waverley Train Station is easily accessible, taking only 20/25 minutes to walk. You could also go further east towards Portobello beach where you will find gorgeous sands and numerous cafes and bars. If you don't have much time to go out and about, your local shopping centre is just a 2 minute walk away. Meadowbank Shopping Centre has all you require for your supplies. This is my main home which I rent out occasionally therefore it's well equipped and has all of the comforts you need. Guests will have access to the whole house as it's all to yourself. There is a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, fast broadband, shower, bath tub and more! There will be a few cupboards locked as this is where I keep my personal items given this is my main residence however there is still plenty of space for your items too.
