House is really well laid out and was ideal for our group of 3-couples. Very clean, warm and loads of hot water. Communication with the property manager Karen was excellent.
We normally stay a little closer to the centre of Edinburgh, but once we got our bearings, it's actually a decent location. Short walk to a big Sainsbury's and it's only about a 15-minute walk from Picardy Place. We would definitely consider again next time we are in Edinburgh.

the house was lovely, perfect for our stay. the majority of us were attending a conference close by and the location allowed us to walk each day. nice area and really easy to get around from. great coffee close by on our walk in. everything you need is very close.
the house itself was well kitted out, lots of great additions in the kitchen cupboards and bathrooms of the bits you normally forget when going to an air bnb
it was great to be able to bring my dog, the garden was perfect for her and there was easy walking to a lovely park and lots of dog friendly places close by.
It really felt like a home from home
